Yoga with Karyn Van Name
A regular Yoga and Meditation practice of 2 - 3 times a week offers commitment and consistency and long-lasting overall wellbeing. These practices strengthen body and immune response and brings a clearer, more restful mind. We may experience ourselves as more allowing and accepting rather than reactive and resistant to the events of our current life and world around us. And when we come together as community, it is uplifting on many levels and helps rejuvenate the heart so we are able to better deal with any feelings of isolation and loneliness. When we help ourselves feel better and stronger, we are better able to be supportive of others in helping them achieve the same. It is my intention to help each of you to reap some of the many benefits of yoga and meditation with these offerings.
Ongoing drop in Outdoor Yoga (weather permitting)
Every Wednesday starting May 5 at 4:00 - 5:15 p.m
Park in the small lot to the left of the OLG Center building and meet in the field to the left (between center and school yard) near the big pine trees. Bring your yoga mat and blocks.
Wear layers and practice with empty stomach. Practice will be socially distanced and masks are only required when you cannot socially distance. Bathroom is available inside (Mask required.)
