Monday 10:00 a.m. - 11:20 a.m. Combo ~ Combining level 1 -2 and Restorative (see below)
Tuesday 4:00 p.m. – 5:20 p.m. Level 2 ~ A moderate practice for seasoned practitioners.
Tuesday 5:45 p.m. – 7:05 p.m. Level 1 – 2 ~ A moderately-paced practice of beginning yoga postures with focus on breath and alignment.
Thursday 4:15 p.m. – 5:35 p.m. Restorative ~ A meditative practice of gentle yoga postures with focus on breath in movement and stillness. A portion of the class is dedicated to resting with support of yoga props. Please come by 4:00 to set up your mat and props.
Thursday 6:00 p.m. – 7:20 p.m. Level 2 – 3 ~ A faster-paced class for the experienced practitioner with a good understanding of a wide range of yoga postures.
Friday 10:00 a.m. - 11:20 a.m. Mixed level ~ A guided practice offering modifications for you to practice at your level and pace.

Explore the practice of Yoga for strengthening body and mind, and awakening the heart in this tranquil space, with these six class offerings from Certified Yoga Teacher, Karyn Van Name. Her trainings are numerous with the most renowned teachers in the field. Karyn guides a compassionate flow of postures with focus on alignment to help facilitate a state of peaceful mindfulness, with an overall sense of inner and outer strength and balance for the whole being. With studies in Ignatian Spirituality, Meditation, Ayurveda, Reiki and various specialized Yoga, Karyn brings a deep understanding of body-mind healing to her students and private clients. She is available for group meetings or retreats to help participants become more present and open to what is being offered.

In addition to a traditional yoga training based on the Principles of Alignment & heart centeredness of Anusara Yoga Laura is a certified Y12SR Safe Space Facilitator (Yoga of 12-Step Recovery). Y12SR combines the spiritual & cognitive wisdom of the 12-Step recovery program (based on AA’s 12 Steps) with the ancient spiritual wisdom & asanas (postures) of yoga. The union of these two powerful programs of self-knowledge and understanding along with the embodiment of physical postures offers those in recovery from addictive behaviors or having been affected by another’s addiction life saving tools for relapse prevention and healthier coping skills for daily stress.
