Joan Chittister, OSB, is an internationally known writer and lecturer and the Executive Director of Benetvision, a resource and research center for contemporary spirituality. She has received numerous awards for her work on behalf of Peace and Justice, especially for women, in church and in society.
The world is in a mess and what can I do as one person caught right in the middle of it? Sister Joan’s invitation to the sacred power within our spirit could not be more relevant during these turbulent times.
During the Fall, emphasis on Radical Spirit serves as the blue print for living through these days of uncertainty.
The Spring session utilizes “The Time is Now” recently discussed by Oprah and S. Joan on Super Soul Sunday. These times call for uncommon courage and the time is NOW! For the weary, the fearful, and the anxious Sister’s energizing message invites us to participate in a vision for a world greater than the one we find ourselves in today.
